great tv quick check poor pressure wifi failure
the room had a great tv with youtube. checking in was easy and quick, i liked that.
The wifi did not work for me, sadly. the shower water pressure was very poor. It was a trickle.

the rooms are cleaned daily and the bed was huge. the casino was also fun with many options. i also appreciated the excellent food at the restaurants!

the room was spacious super clean it included a wide tv screen i especially appreciated the great shower desire at the vip reception was very helpful she. the super nice team and professional. i also appreciated the view from the room.

the room included modern furniture there was a wide-screen television mounted on the wall i also found several convenient power outlets near the desk and bedside tables the climate control system worked efficiently and quietly.

decent stay at this hotel
brunch at serrano vista cafe dessert item late room service traces of old make-up broken vending machine
i had brunch at serrano vista cafe. the staff was helpful and accommodating. i asked for a dessert item off their dinner menu and the manager got it for me.
room service was not on time. i had to call two times for them to show up. there were traces of old make up in the bathroom. the vending machine was not working so i could not get a bottle of water
